The work permit is then issued once the application is approved. This may take an additional 4-5 weeks to complete.

In summary, the process of obtaining an employment visa in the UAE can take anywhere between 8-10 weeks to complete. The process is usually faster if the applicant has all the documents ready and the employer is prompt in submitting the applications. However, it is important to note that the process may take longer if there are complications or delays in any of the stages mentioned above.
